If you cannot get through or if we cannot pick up the call, we will call back as soon as possible. If you call and keep getting a busy signal, this can have one of the following reasons:

• The mobile phone has detected fast movement (i.e. driving) and has switched to DND for safety reasons
• You are calling with a suppressed caller ID. Anonymous calls are not routed to us.
